So I’m a bit late to the party but give me a break, I just started my blog and I felt like sharing. Back in June Philip Bloom was in the Keys to do some work for Eric Kessler of Kessler Crane. They were shooting some demos of all the awesome gear that Kessler Crane makes. If you are not familiar with Philip Bloom or Kessler Crane please visit their website www.philipbloom.net and www.kesslercrane.com.

I’m a big fan of Philip and the work that he does, he is a great person and very talented. Anyways, back to the meet up. So as I was saying, the meet up was in the Keys at the end of June and I wasn’t sure that I was going to be able to make it at first because of school and work, but everything seemed to work out and Laura (that’s my wife for those not in the know) and I drove down on Monday and came back on Wednesday. It was a quick trip but we had a blast. We got to meet and hang out with a lot of great people. Cristina Valdivieso and Jon Connor of www.Canonfilmmakers.com, Eric Kessler and Tom Guilmette of www.tomguilmette.com were all there.

Originally the plan was to meet at Mallory Square for the sunset festivities, but Mother Nature had other plans in store for us so the venue was changed to the Reach Resort where we were staying. Everyone seemed to be having a great time meeting one another and shooting video with the DSLRs. So enough talking, here are several videos from the meet up.
